Meet our exceptional caregivers
Our caregivers are the heart of our service. To ensure the highest quality of care, each applicant undergoes rigorous checks including 7 database checks, a thorough criminal background check, and a driving abstract from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle. They also complete an initial eight-hour D.O.D.D. Training course, CPR, and First Aid certifications. This meticulous process ensures our team is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and reliable, providing peace of mind to our clients and their families. Every year they must complete the annual eight-hour D.O.D.D. Training along with any additional training that may be offered.
